We offer refunds for the purchase of our digital products. However, since we work with digital products, we accept refund requests for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to a problem with the mail. If after 6 hours of making a purchase you do not receive a delivery email from us, you can write to us requesting the delivery email of the product or requesting a refund of the purchase, in any case you must describe the product and indicate the order number;
- Download problems: If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the product, consider opening the link provided for the download in a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari) that is up to date. Although we guarantee that our software will allow downloading with all major browsers, this issue could arise due to the client’s browser, firewall, or network settings;
- Digital Product Defects: Although we guarantee that all products are produced exactly according to customer specifications, unexpected errors can occur. In this case, you must send an evidence email to our support team for approval of the refund request;
- Product different from its description: a request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to our approval. The service will provide the customer with all the necessary product information (description and preview) during the pre-purchase process. To avoid this type of complaint, all customers are advised to download free samples of the product offered before making a purchase.
Please note that after 14 days, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to test the service thoroughly before making a purchase to make sure it meets their needs.
